Early Life and Background

Kyle Godfrey, widely recognized by his online alias "Stromedy," was born on October 29, 1998, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He is the son of Jenny and Andrew Godfrey and has two brothers named Ethan and Dawson. During his formative years, Kyle exhibited a keen interest in the performing arts, which led him to enroll in acting classes at the Toronto Academy of Acting, where he studied for two years. 

Rise to Fame on YouTube

Kyle launched his YouTube channel, "Stromedy," in December 2012. Initially, the channel featured LEGO-themed content, but over time, it evolved to include pranks, comedy skits, and vlogs. His unique blend of humor and suspenseful storytelling resonated with audiences, propelling his subscriber count to over 12 million. 

In addition to his main channel, Kyle created a secondary channel, "Kyle Godfrey," in September 2018, focusing on vlogs and challenge videos. This channel has amassed over 500,000 subscribers. 

Prime Capitol and Collaborative Ventures

In 2020, Kyle founded Prime Capitol Entertainment, a content creation and talent incubator company based in Los Angeles. The group comprises various content creators, including Jana Soss, Dk Money, Ariel Coviello, and Mark Ricci. Prime Capitol focuses on producing engaging content across multiple platforms, including YouTube and TikTok.

Musical Pursuits

Beyond his YouTube endeavors, Kyle has ventured into music, releasing several rap songs such as "Clown Around," "Running Out of Time," "TikTok Clowns," "Millie Man," and "Storm Area 51." These tracks showcase his versatility and creativity as an artist. 

Personal Life

Kyle is in a relationship with fellow Canadian YouTuber and social media personality Jana Soss. The couple frequently collaborates on content, particularly prank videos, and Jana is also a member of Prime Capitol. 

As of recent reports, Kyle resides in Los Angeles, California, and owns a home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 2022, he purchased a four-bedroom house in Toronto for $2 million.
